BAA will host David Asher Rotsztain, a cheesemaker from Mayne Island for two short courses (level one and level two), October 26 and 27. (It is highly recommended that you attend the level 1 course if you plan to take level 2). Both classes will be held from 7 to 10:30 pm at Artisan Eats in Artisan Square.
